The Position

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Consultant with expertise in banking and capital markets to join our core team. The successful candidate will lead sophisticated strategic processes with high-net-worth families and business owners, becoming a genuine partner in consequential financial decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Process Leadership – Designing and guiding intergenerational transitions while balancing family, business, and financial imperatives
• Advanced Financial Analysis and Planning – Developing asset allocation strategies, wealth management solutions, and counsel on complex investment structures
• Bespoke Solution Development – Creating financial and organizational frameworks that integrate legal, tax, and business considerations
• Premier Client Relationship Management – Establishing trust and strategic partnerships with prominent families and business owners
• Collaborative Expert Engagement – Working seamlessly with legal, financial, and management teams across professional disciplines

Qualifications

• Proven Experience of 7+ Years in senior strategic/financial advisory roles or executive positions within the financial sector
• Profound Expertise in one or more domains: private banking, investment management, capital markets, or financial planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Systemic Understanding of family dynamics and business operations within family-owned enterprises
• Analytical Integration Capability – Synthesizing financial, legal, tax, and familial dimensions
• Exceptional Interpersonal Acumen – Ability to establish trust at the highest levels and navigate complex relationship dynamics
• Strategic Thinking – Creative visioning balanced with precision in execution
• Business Judgment – Decision-making capability in ambiguous environments

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or relevant field; Advanced Degree (MBA, Finance, Economics) – Significant advantage
